Danube Gorge

 

  • The narrow section of the Danube between the Weltenburg monastery 
    and Kelheim is a nature reserve and the first National Nature 
    Monument in Bavaria
  • The ships depart from early May to mid-October, every 30, 45 or 60 
    minutes, depending on the season
  • The journey from Kelheim to Weltenburg takes 45 minutes and 20 
    minutes back
  • Trips on the river Altmühl are also starting in Kelheim

Prunn Castle
