The eastern part of Bavaria is geographically located in the center of the grand European cities of Prague, Vienna, Frankfurt and Munich, and so also of these cities’ international airports. East Bavaria offers a wealth of natural and scenic beauty, cultural highlights, and typical Bavarian tradition to visitors from all over the world! 

This region includes the UNESCO World Heritage City of Regensburg, which is one of the best preserved medieval cities of Germany, the famous Three-River- and Baroque City Passau, picturesque boat excursions on the Danube, such through the impressive Danube Gorge, the biggest European golf course area and traditional breweries for visiting. 
It also boasts the first national park in Germany, several spectacular treetop paths, a big number of historical cities, castles, monasteries and monuments, the largest and most valuable collection of historic Maybach vehicles in the world as well as the largest continuous woodland with the purest air measurable in Central Europe. 
As a guest you can learn how to make your own typical Bavarian white sausage or your own chocolate.
Due to its excellent geographical location, the different cities and points of interest in East Bavaria can be combined very well with famous destinations such as Munich, Nuremberg, Salzburg, the UNESCO World Heritage City of Cesky Krumlov or the shopping paradise Ingolstadt Village.
Tailor-made offers make it easy to explore and experience this special part of Bavaria for small groups or for FITs.
